Quality Management Program


Pronghorn’s Quality Management System (QMS) has been developed, implemented and maintained to:

  1. Manage processes essential to the management, assurance and control of quality in the performance of work for clients and customers.
  2. Communicate Pronghorn’s policies, processes and systems that assure and deliver quality products and services to clients and customers.
  3. Obtain contracts with clients and customers and execute electrical and instrumentation construction and maintenance work for them, using a holistic and integrated system for quality management.
  4. Provide documentation and evidence of the system used by Pronghorn to manage, assure and control quality for clients and customers projects.
  5. Demonstrate Pronghorn’s commitment to quality in the delivery of products and services to clients and customers.
