Quality Management Program
Purpose
Pronghorn’s Quality Management System (QMS) has been developed, implemented and maintained to:
- Manage processes essential to the management, assurance and control of quality in the performance of work for clients and customers.
- Communicate Pronghorn’s policies, processes and systems that assure and deliver quality products and services to clients and customers.
- Obtain contracts with clients and customers and execute electrical and instrumentation construction and maintenance work for them, using a holistic and integrated system for quality management.
- Provide documentation and evidence of the system used by Pronghorn to manage, assure and control quality for clients and customers projects.
- Demonstrate Pronghorn’s commitment to quality in the delivery of products and services to clients and customers.
